I have just finished week 1 of
p90x!! I wanted to start the new year off right so I started my resolution a week early and I'm already enjoying a
VERY sore and
slightly stronger body! I haven't lost any weight yet, but it's only been a week. I figure I have let many a 90 day period pass without seeing results, but also without trying for any so here I go!! Chest and Back with Ab ripper tomorrow for anyone who wants to join in! but beware that I will be a little smug when I have finished my 90 days a week before you! :) JK! whoever you are, you probably have more will power than I.
